Since founding White Events in 2005, I’ve worn every hat over the years. While I can oversee every aspect of your wedding planning journey, my true passion lies in design. I specialize in crafting unique, creative concepts and bringing them to life - overseeing your florals, stationery, and cake designs while ensuring every detail is perfect. I also run all our client meetings and constantly strive to enhance the White Events experience. On the big day, I’m there to support you, ensuring you can truly relax and enjoy every moment.

HOLLIE MCDONALD

With 14 years of experience in outside catering, Hollie brings expert logistical skills to every event. Hollie oversees budgets, inventory, and vendor coordination, keeping everything on track. She ensures seamless communication between the venue, catering, and beverage teams so that every detail is executed flawlessly. On the day, she manages suppliers and ensures every moving part works behind the scenes - allowing you to enjoy a stress-free celebration. Beyond events, Hollie continuously improves our systems and processes to make your planning as effortless as possible.

A longtime industry friend, Clarinda is a meticulous go-getter who shares our drive for excellence. She’s with us part-time (Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays), managing run sheets, supplier details, and event logistics to keep everything organized. On the day, she leads the set-up team, ensuring every detail is perfect before your guests arrive. She also manages our private events, so if you’re planning a bridal shower, birthday, or baby shower - she’s the one to call!

Though you may not see Gio much on the day, she’s the creative force behind our stunning social media content. From breathtaking drone shots to behind-the-scenes footage, Gio captures the magic of your event and shares it with the world. She works in the studio one day a week, curating content and sharing a glimpse of what goes into each event. Gio also owns Hype Up Studio, so if you want full-day content creation, she can tailor a package just for you.
